Starbucks is fabulous! We all know this, some make us smile a little more than others which is fine for me. I notice the difference, make a mental note, and keep it moving. One thing I do love is the consistency across the brand, so stars for that. I am never in a hurry when I come to this Starbucks so it does not bother me all that much, but there is usually a line to order and a line to pick up your drink. You know, they are usually known for being fast so if you are in a hurry or left late I don't know I would "swing" by here. Also there are usually no seats, just an FYI. So as usual my love affair with Starbucks will continue but this won't be the one that quite gets me going in that special little way. Drink on my friends!

I come to this location when I need a pick me up before work. It gets busy in the morning, which should be of no surprise; however, I've never found myself to be waiting an abnormal amount of time. The place is clean and staff is friendly.

I have been to this Starbucks 3 or 4 times. Each time I was greeted with a smile. The line seems to be long majority of the time but they do a good job at keeping it moving. However, they do need a little work on getting drinks to patrons a little quicker after they have placed and paid for their order. I think waiting about 15 min to get your drink after you have paid for it is a little unacceptable. Also, heads up this location is usually full, no seats avail. People pack this location for meetings, cyber surfing, etc. So if you visit this location just be prepared to drink elsewhere. They do have outside seating for you to enjoy in the summer time but that gets filled up rather quickly as well.

One of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Staff is nice enough, but very slow and inefficient. No sense of urgency. Glad I'm only passing thru

When did Starbucks start running out of food??? Today apparently, when I was running late to church...of course. When did I find out they ran out of Swiss and ham, you ask? But of course, 5-7 minutes after I ordered. There was no other opportune time to relay this message to me. When did I get irritated, officially this time? When this 5min quick stop for tea turned into 15-20 mins of foolishness. I was a fool to stay (and if anyone asks, tell them I did it for the vine). One black tea and sausage, egg and cheese muffin later, a refund to boot and feet hurting because they were crammed tight in a pair of heels I've never seemed to break in, I was ready to stroll out the door with my head held high and hopeful for a better day...then the managing barista called me back to get my receipt,"Ma'am! Ma'am!" (She was instantly rebuked. Ma'am...sigh)

Es espensive. Very friendly staff, great fraps, very clean, great place to chill. Staff gave me free drink voucher for not supplying the right sized top for my drink once. Very nice.

Worst Starbucks. Not much seating indoors and it feels dirty inside. The baristas are terrible, and very short and transactional. They clearly wish they were anywhere else and hate their jobs. I hate to bother them with my order since they act like its a burden or just another hamburger to flip over. The community college is right there, you would think they could find some students who could be more pleasant.

Not good. The coffee was ok, but the store is dirty and just feels run-down compared to other Starbucks location. The location is convenient, but not nice. Strip-mall with an auto parts store, bank, and a shoe store.... Just not up scale.... Or even medium scale. The staff seemed nice, but I don't like listening to the staff talk with each other about whatever drama they have in their lives. Not recommended.

This Starbucks is pretty cool. Everyone here is very nice. Pros: I cannot say enough about the staff, they are very very friendly. The drinks are always hot. You always overhear an interesting conversation amongst other patrons. The establishment is clean. If there is a mistake with your drink they are happy to remake it. Cons: They might be a little bit too nice. The staff takes time out to treat every guest like a friend. However Starbucks is not Cheers. Everybody doesn't have to know your name. Because when you know everyone's name and you want to have a conversation with everyone it takes an extra 10 minutes for me to get my drink. This leads to me staring incessantly at the barista as she or he prepares my drink and attempts to spark up a conversation. I'm a naturally congenial person. I don't hand out the side eye with ease but in situations like these drastic measures are called for. I just want my coffee. I have somewhere to be. Please, thank you, big smile, nervous glance. Note to self: When in rush, order drink at Starbucks in Target. Same shopping center less chatter. When not in rush, definitely choose this Starbucks.

This Starbucks is at a good location: it's before the dreadful MD Motor Vehicles circus and also before PGCC, if you're on your way to the campus.

At this location, coffee tasted old and stale. Barristas seemed uninterested, bored....pick another Starbuck's location if you can. I will say that I've noticed that locals like to congregate here to catch up with each other and will sit and chat for hours.

This has got to be the worst Starbucks ever, the only reason they even get an extra star is because some of the baristas are really friendly. I've frequented this particular Starbucks since 2007.
